Who is SMBOS for?

SMBOS is for operators, owners, and team members who want to use AI inside the business or job they already have — not to launch a side hustle or sell AI services. If you’re a practice manager, operations lead, agency owner, department head, or solo business owner trying to get real work done faster, you’re the right fit. You do not need a technical background.

Do I need to be technical?

No. Every walkthrough is built for people who run businesses, not people who build software. Carlos writes and records each lesson the way he’d explain it to a sharp manager on his own team — plain English, step by step, with real screenshots. If you can use a browser, you can follow along.

How does the pricing grandfathering work?

Your monthly rate is set by how many members are in SMBOS when you join — and it locks forever. Early members get the lowest rate regardless of how large the community grows.

• 0–1,000 members: $4.99/mo
• 1,001–5,000 members: $9.99/mo
• 5,001–10,000 members: $19.99/mo
• 10,000+ members: $29.99/mo

Join early and your rate never goes up, even if the price tier changes for everyone who joins after you.

What are the team and direct-access options?

Team plans let you onboard your whole company under one invoice: Starter (up to 25 seats, $199/mo), Growth (up to 100 seats, $599/mo), Scale (up to 250 seats, $1,200/mo), and Enterprise (custom). For operators who want more direct access, the General private group is $99/mo, Silver is $499/mo, and the Owner Advisory is $999/mo — that includes working directly with Carlos plus a dedicated AI agent that holds your full business context between sessions. Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Monthly memberships cancel anytime with no penalty. If you cancel and rejoin, your rate is set by the community size at the time you come back — not your original join date — so it’s worth staying.

Is my data and business information private?

Yes. SMBOS does not sell member data to third parties. What you share inside private groups stays inside those groups. The Community Guidelines also require all members to protect each other’s confidential business information. You control what you share.
